IshowSpeed accepted an invitation from Paul "Triple H" Levesque, WWE's chief content officer, to attend the aforementioned event. IshowSpeed's livestream night began quietly as he wandered alone backstage before embarking on a search for John Cena, whom he couldn't see.
Things started to brighten up a bit when he had a brief chat with wrestler The Miz, before Charlotte Flair, the women's Royal Rumble champion, dropped by and the two hugged. Speed continued to chat with his viewers while the WWE stars continued to move into the ring. Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan were the next to happily chat with Speed.
Paul appeared and gave Speed a jersey with his name and the number 7 on the back, which eventually became his wrestling outfit. Speed's stream audio was frequently cut off, and then viewers saw the YouTuber being asked…to step into the ring. This happened when wrestler Akira Tozawa was eliminated by Carmello Hayes. Triple H ordered Speed into the ring, shouting, " Speed, go in, quick!" Then, Triple H pushed him into the ring.

Speed initially appeared flustered but quickly regained his composure in front of the 70,000-strong crowd. He rushed into the ring and attempted to throw the wrestlers out. Speed even celebrated like his idol Cristiano Ronaldo with his signature SIU move.
However, wrestler Breakker approached Speed and wrestled the YouTuber to the ground. Not stopping there, Breakker threw Speed off the mat. Below, wrestler Otis caught Speed. It seemed like the fight would end there, but it didn't. Otis then threw Speed, sending him tumbling into the comment section. This incident attracted significant attention online.
IshowSpeed was thrown around when he entered the WWE ring.
Michael Cole, the host, went over to check on Speed: "Are you okay?" Speed, in a dazed state, was wheeled backstage in a golf cart. He had injured his leg after the rough play from Breakker and Otis.
Speed also showed Logan Paul, co-founder of Prime, his leg injury as he limped backstage. On his personal page, Speed posted the status: "No more WWE" accompanied by a broken heart emoji. He also posted a photo of himself on crutches and with a neck bandage.
Notably, the Royal Rumble live stream reached 1 million views in just 11 minutes. Triple H also commented on Speed's live stream viewership: “I just heard that Speed is live streaming and has several million viewers in a very short amount of time. Those numbers are impressive for him and for us. He is an extraordinary talent. You see what Speed does all over the world . He has a huge fanbase, we have a huge fanbase too. When you combine all that, it’s a huge motivation for everyone.”

WWE announced on Monday that this year's Royal Rumble set a record for the most social media video views in the event's history. The ring encounter between wrestler Bron Breakker and popular streamer IShowSpeed became the most-viewed post in Royal Rumble history, garnering over 300 million social media views in less than 24 hours.

Currently, WWE has over 100 million subscribers on YouTube, far surpassing other sports leagues such as the NFL (14 million), NBA (over 22 million), MLB (6 million), and NHL (nearly 3 million).
