Accumulated capital payment from the beginning of the year to May 31, 2024, the state treasury system has controlled an estimated more than VND 392,255 billion, equal to 30.9% of the 2024 regular expenditure estimate of the state budget through the state treasury. Regarding investment expenditure, as of May 31, 2024, the accumulated payment of public investment capital planned for 2024 is nearly VND 147,950 billion; equal to 22.3% of the 2024 plan assigned by the National Assembly and the Prime Minister; equal to 20.9% of the public investment capital plan under the 2024 plan assigned.

To facilitate the control of state budget expenditures, the Control Department is submitting to the State Treasury leadership a process for wide-scale implementation of the interconnection process between State Treasury applications applied to investment expenditure records and documents. At the same time, piloting the program for management and control of investment expenditures to meet the requirements for management and control of investment expenditure documents through the State Treasury.
