According to representatives of the signing units, the purpose of the alliance is to contribute to building and developing a generation of personnel with good professional capacity, understanding of technology, equipped with necessary knowledge and skills, ready to participate in implementing Resolution 57.
This alliance will contribute to building and developing a team of high-quality intellectuals and experts to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, national digital transformation and international integration.
The members of the alliance will work together to find solutions to promote innovation in training programs, fostering public administration skills, leadership and state management in line with the new context. Thereby, contributing to improving research capacity, innovation and application of artificial intelligence in training, administration and policy making.
According to Dr. Le Truong Tung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT University, in the context of rapidly changing science and technology, universities are very aware that education cannot continue to operate in the same way as 3 to 5 years ago.
Universities are currently facing many challenges, typically the strong "infiltration" of artificial intelligence into most socio-economic fields. This leads to fundamental changes in learning methods, learning content and learning objectives. And that is just one aspect. Therefore, schools must be very responsible in finding the answer to the question "How should the training program content change to suit the new context?".
Professor Chu Duc Trinh, Principal of the University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, believes that raising the level of Vietnamese work to higher stages in the global value chain is the only way to develop the country.
Therefore, the spirit of Resolution 57 has lasting value. There needs to be a broad alliance of domestic universities to implement Resolution 57, from elite training schools to general human resource training schools.
However, the first alliance with the participation of 5 universities like today will be a big boost for the entire Vietnamese higher education system, creating momentum for the country to move forward firmly and sustainably.
