51 teachers compete for provincial-level excellent team leader teacher - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

Delegates attended the opening ceremony of the Provincial Competition for Excellent Teachers as Team Leaders for the 2024-2025 school year.

51 candidates are teachers who are Team Leaders from 17 primary schools, 14 secondary schools, 20 secondary schools in 10 Departmentsof Education and Training of districts and cities, going through 3 rounds of competition. In which, round 1 is a competition of experience initiatives, models or results of applied pedagogical scientific research in the field of Team work and children's movement; round 2 is a written competition of knowledge and skills; round 3 is a competition of practical skills, expertise and aptitude; the competition period is from April 3 to 14.

The contest is an opportunity for teachers of the Young Pioneers in the province to exchange, learn, share experiences, demonstrate intelligence, talent, affirm leadership capacity, deep understanding of social issues, homeland, country and skills, Young Pioneers' expertise in managing and organizing Young Pioneers' activities in localities, units... At the same time, it is one of the bases to assess the current situation of teachers working as Young Pioneers, from there, build a training and fostering plan to improve the professional qualifications and skills of teachers working as Young Pioneers, meeting the requirements of educational innovation, innovation of Young Pioneers' work and the current children's movement.
