95 comrades completed national defense and security knowledge training for subject 3

On the morning of July 16, at Regiment 244 (Uong Bi City), the National Defense - Security Education Council (NDSE) of Quang Ninh province held a closing ceremony for the NSE knowledge training class for subject 3, course 2, year 2024.

During 12 days, 95 trainees, who are heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors, provincial unions, district-level officials, departments, branches, sectors and key commune-level officials, studied and researched 20 topics on national defense and security work such as: the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the State's policies and laws on national defense and security; building a national defense associated with the people's security posture in the cause of building and protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland; the national border situation; the domestic and international economic and political situation; identifying and fighting against wrong views in cyberspace; practicing shooting K54 lesson 1...

Colonel Ta Van Bien, Deputy Commander of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, awarded certificates of completion of the National Defense and Security knowledge training program to the trainees.

At the end of the course, all 95 participants were recognized as having completed the national defense and security knowledge training program according to regulations, of which 38.9% achieved excellent results, the rest achieved fair results.

Through the course, the aim is to help students equip themselves with more knowledge and ability to advise and propose in performing national defense tasks at their agencies, units and localities; at the same time, improve their qualifications to meet the requirements of the task of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation, thereby contributing to building a strong national defense posture associated with a strong people's security posture.
