Trieu Ky Voong Hotel Building (now renamed Aninvest Vietnam Hotel) was built on 2 planned plots of land: 1 plot with an area of about 400 m2 has a 9-storey building under construction and is in business operation; 1 adjacent plot with an area of about 1,400 m2 has completed the rough construction of a 16-storey building and is temporarily suspended, because Trieu Ky Voong Company Limited does not have enough financial capacity and is "stuck" in debt.

A representative of Aninvest Vietnam Group Company Limited (abbreviated as Aninvest Vietnam) shared: “Aninvest Vietnam has received the consent of 100% of the shareholders contributing capital to Trieu Ky Voong Company Limited to transfer shares. Aninvest Vietnam Company will be responsible for resolving all problems related to debts with banks, other debts... and reviving this unfinished project.”
