Tottenham 3-0 Doncaster Rovers
Tottenham also secured a 3-0 victory at home against Doncaster Rovers. Arsenal capped off an impressive run of matches for the Premier League's "big teams" with a 2-0 victory away at Port Vale. New signing Eberechi Eze made an early impact with the opening goal in the 8th minute. Despite having over 80% possession, Arsenal had to wait until the 86th minute to double their lead, thanks to a precise long-range shot from Leandro Trossard – once again showcasing the depth of squad at manager Mikel Arteta's disposal.

With these results, the fourth round of the League Cup promises to be exciting with four all-Premier League matchups: Arsenal vs. Brighton, Swansea vs. Man City, Newcastle vs. Tottenham, and Wolves vs. Chelsea.
