What do these three traffic signs mean?

  • A

Vehicles with side signs are not allowed to enter.

According to the National Technical Regulation on Road Signs QCVN 41:2019, the "prohibited road" sign (symbol P.101) is used to indicate a road where all vehicles are prohibited from traveling in both directions, except for priority vehicles as prescribed. Identification features: circle, red border, white background.
Secondary signs are often combined with prohibition signs, danger signs, directional signs and command signs to explain more clearly about those signs. This sign is rectangular or square in shape, placed right below the main sign.
