Agencies and units under the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command signed an emulation agreement to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6, 1946 / January 6, 2026) and the 14th National Party Congress.

Over the past 5 years, the propaganda and dissemination of the Vietnam Border Law has been directed by the Party Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command to be implemented synchronously, comprehensively and with many innovations. Notably, the departments, offices and units in the Provincial Border Guard Command have compiled 24 sets of lesson plans and organized 92 thematic conferences to disseminate: Some basic contents of the Vietnam Border Law 2020; Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated December 6, 2021 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Vietnam Border Law... for subjects according to the unit's annual political and legal education plan.

The units also organized 70 propaganda sessions to disseminate the Vietnam Border Law and detailed regulations with 2,280 officers and soldiers participating in different forms such as: internal radio broadcasts, exchanges, seminars, arts, dramatization, etc.

In addition to direct training, propaganda work on the Vietnam Border Law is promoted on mass media such as: People's Army Newspaper; Border Guard Newspaper; Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television... and social networks (Zalo, Facebook) through which information is transmitted quickly and with high interaction.

Colonel Vu Van Hung, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command, presented certificates of merit to collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing the Project.

The dissemination of laws is also effectively integrated with military-civilian solidarity movements such as “Spring Border Guard Warms the Hearts of Villagers”, “National Border Guard Festival”, “March Border Month”. Thereby, contributing to increasing people’s trust in the Party, State and armed forces, building a strong national border defense posture.

On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Command awarded certificates of merit to 6 collectives and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Project.
