BHG - On the morning of December 3, in Quang Binh district, the Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work. Attending the announcement ceremony were comrade Nguyen Manh Dung, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Minh Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Ly Thi Lan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation, Ha Giang province; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial People's Committee Office, and Quang Binh district.

At the announcement ceremony, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Nguyen Minh Tien announced the Provincial Party Committee's Decision on personnel work. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee decided: Comrade Nguyen Trung Ngoc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Party Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Binh District Party Committee to be transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung hopes that in their new positions, comrades will continue to strive, practice, promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and always innovate to successfully complete assigned tasks. As the center of solidarity to lead and direct the continued development of Quang Binh district, the Department of Planning and Investment has excellently completed the tasks assigned by the province. First of all, focus on leading and directing the preparation and successful organization of the grassroots Party Congress, towards the Quang Binh District Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Strive to complete the socio -economic development targets according to the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, Quang Binh District Party Congress, term 2020-2025. Focus on drastically disbursing public investment capital, capital of 3 National Target Programs in 2024; the program to eliminate temporary houses, dilapidated houses; eliminate backward customs and practices, build a civilized lifestyle and other important tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrades Nguyen Trung Ngoc, Dao Quang Dieu, and Nguyen Anh Duc thanked the Provincial Party Committee for their attention and the Acting Provincial Party Secretary for entrusting them with the new tasks.
