Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Attapeu Province and the delegation visited and worked at HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex

Recently, Mr. Thanouxay Banxalith - Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Attapeu Province, together with leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors, visited and worked at the HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex.

Mr. Doan Ba Phi - General Director of KLH welcomed and introduced the process of formation and development of production and business of THACO AGRI and KLH HAGL AGRICO Laos.

At the meeting, Mr. Doan Ba Phi reported on the location and land area of households in the project planning area, and proposed specific and long-term solutions to the Attapeu Provincial Leadership Board.

The delegation highly appreciated the scale, production capacity and agricultural development strategy of THACO AGRI, especially its practical contributions to socio-economic development, caring for workers' lives, and accompanying many social security programs in Attapeu province and Laos.

Overview of the working session

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Thanouxay Banxalith said: This is a key agricultural project of Attapeu province in the coming time. He also shared that he will conduct surveys, check the locations in the report and actively support KLH in legal aspects, compensation, conversion and relocation of households.

It is expected that by the end of March, the Board of Directors of HAGL AGRICO Laos will coordinate with local district and village authorities to implement the proposed solutions in Sanamxay, Saysettha, Samxay and Phouvong.
