Accordingly, the main activities taking place include: The procession of Buddha's relics from Phuc Son Pagoda, Tan Yen District, Bac Giang Province to Khai Tam Gate - Yen Tu Festival Center, Thuong Yen Cong Commune, Uong Bi City; The procession of Buddha's relics from Khai Tam Gate to Truc Lam Palace and the installation of Buddha's relics; The worship ceremony of Buddha's relics; The ceremony of praying for national peace and prosperity at Hoa Yen Pagoda; The thanksgiving ceremony and the procession of Buddha's relics onto the car.

The event is expected to attract about 500,000 to 1 million people to attend and worship Buddha's relics.

Up to now, the preparation work for organization and service has been and is being urgently implemented by the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of Quang Ninh province according to the plan. Quang Ninh province has directed relevant agencies, departments, and localities to deploy the work of decoration, logistics, security and order, fire prevention, food hygiene and safety, medical care , relic restoration, etc. according to the set plan.

Preparation and service work is being urgently carried out by the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of Quang Ninh province.

Thereby, contributing to building the image of Quang Ninh as friendly, hospitable and professional.

During the process of worshiping Buddha's relics, the Organizing Committee does not collect any fees and provides free snacks and drinks to visitors. At the same time, it is recommended that everyone wear formal clothes, behave culturally, and not bring incense, flowers, or offerings to the place of worship.

The organizers also said that during the time of enshrining the Buddha's relics, many ritual activities, Buddhist activities and cultural exchange programs will be held at the Truc Lam Yen Tu Cultural Center area, ensuring solemnity, safety and convenience for people and pilgrims.
