Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Economic and Urban Newspaper Le Hoang Anh said that the program "July's Affection" was initiated by former Editor-in-Chief of Economic and Urban Newspaper Ta Viet Anh - a soldier who fought in the Quang Tri battlefield and has been responded to and coordinated by Economic and Urban Newspaper and Quang Tri Newspaper since 2012.

With each journey, the “July Love” program leaves a lot of affection for the people of Quang Tri. The program is a deeply humane activity, demonstrating the responsibility of press agencies, businesses, organizations and individuals towards policy beneficiaries, families with revolutionary contributions, students and people in difficult circumstances in Quang Tri province.

Over the past 13 years, the “July Love” program has given thousands of gifts to people and families with meritorious services in Quang Tri province. Leaders, cadres, reporters, and editors of the Economic & Urban Newspaper and Quang Tri Newspaper will forever remember and be grateful for the contributions and sacrifices of heroic martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution, and relatives of martyrs’ families and families with meritorious services.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day on April 30 (1975-2025), towards the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day on June 21 (1925-2025), the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27 (1947-2025), the Economic and Urban Newspaper in collaboration with Quang Tri Newspaper organized the program "July Affection" - 2025.

From the sponsorship of businesses and former Editor-in-Chief of Economic & Urban Newspaper Ta Viet Anh, the program awarded 150 gifts including 1 million VND in cash/gift and milk to poor students who have overcome difficulties in Gio Linh and Trieu Phong districts; donated 2 computers to 2 excellent students with especially difficult circumstances; donated 200 new shirts to students of Cua Viet Town Primary School (Gio Linh district).

Truong Minh Thi, a 6B student at Trieu Do Primary and Secondary School in Trieu Phong District, emotionally said: “I was born into a poor family. My mother is seriously ill and cannot work, and my brother is disabled and cannot go to school. Receiving a meaningful gift from Kinh te & Do thi Newspaper - Quang Tri Newspaper, I am very happy and excited. I would like to thank you, uncles and aunts, for bringing so much joy to me and other poor students.”

On behalf of the localities where students were supported to receive gifts, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Gio Linh district Nguyen Van Nghe sincerely thanked the Economic and Urban Newspaper - Quang Tri Newspaper, and businesses that presented meaningful gifts to students in difficult circumstances in Trieu Phong and Gio Linh districts. This is both material support and a great source of spiritual encouragement for students to have more advantages on the way to school.
