The launching ceremony with the themes "Vietnamese workers pioneer in entering the new era" and "Strengthening assessment, identifying risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace" attracted a large number of workers and civil servants in the city to participate.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh - Chairman of Bao Loc City Labor Federation, emphasized: Workers' Month is a festival for workers, with many meaningful and practical activities organized in association with the rights and legitimate interests of workers.

Collectives with outstanding achievements in the Lam Dong Workers' Movement following Uncle Ho's teachings received awards.

In particular, through Workers' Month, it is an opportunity for each union official, union member, and worker to demonstrate patriotism, indomitable will, and creative work to build an increasingly sustainable agency, unit, and enterprise.

Accordingly, during the Workers' Month and the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Month, the City Labor Federation will coordinate with relevant agencies to propagate and guide grassroots trade unions to effectively perform the task of ensuring occupational safety and hygiene at agencies, units and enterprises. Thereby, together implementing the motto "Knowing together, doing together, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, winning together and enjoying together".

From there, effectively implement emulation movements, innovate, have many initiatives, technical improvements, apply modern technology in production, contribute to increasing labor productivity, work efficiency, improve the operational efficiency of agencies, units and enterprises.

Individuals who perform well in the Emulation Movement for Good Workers and Creative Workers receive rewards.

The City Labor Federation will organize a Sports Festival for employees, union members and workers to improve their health, connect their passions and exchange, learn and strengthen solidarity for mutual development.

Along with that, the City Labor Federation and all levels of unions organize activities to care for, support, and express gratitude to union members and workers such as visiting, giving gifts, and supporting workers in difficult circumstances, taking care of the best material and spiritual life for workers.
