At 7:00 p.m. on November 6, the storm was at about 14.0 degrees North latitude; 109.4 degrees East longitude, on the coastal area of Quang Ngai - Dak Lak , with strong winds of level 13-14, gusts of level 17, and a level 4 natural disaster risk in the central East Sea, the sea area from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak (including Ly Son special zone), and the eastern mainland from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai.
The western part of the Central East Sea, the sea area from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak (including Ly Son special zone); the eastern mainland area from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai has a natural disaster risk level 4.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang City (including Cu Lao Cham Island) and Khanh Hoa; the mainland from South Quang Tri to Da Nang City, the East of Dak Lak Province and the North of Khanh Hoa Province have a level 3 natural disaster risk level.
It is forecasted that by 7:00 a.m. on November 7, the storm will move in a West-Northwest direction, enter the mainland and weaken into a tropical depression in the Southern Laos area, with wind speed decreasing to level 7, gusting to level 9. The sea area from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak (including Ly Son special zone); the mainland east of the area from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai has a level 4 natural disaster risk level.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang City (including Cu Lao Cham Island) and Khanh Hoa; mainland from South Quang Tri to Da Nang City, the west of Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces, the east of Dak Lak province and the north of Khanh Hoa province have a level 3 natural disaster risk level.
At 7:00 p.m. the same day, the tropical depression in the eastern region of Thailand moved inland, weakening into a low pressure area with winds below level 6.
Warning of strong winds, high waves and rising water: In the East Sea, the central East Sea has strong winds of level 8-11, near the storm center strong winds of level 12-14, gusts of level 17, waves 5-7 m high, near the storm center 8-10 m high, rough seas.
