Closing ceremony of the training course for reserve cadres of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2025-2030

Attending the closing ceremony, on behalf of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, there were: Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Dr. Lai Duc Vuong - Deputy Head of the Department of Training and Development Management, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

On the side of Gia Lai province, there were comrades: Huynh Quang Thai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, Head of the Training Course Organizing Committee; Nguyen Thai Binh - Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Ngo Khac Ngoc - Provincial Party Committee Member, Principal of the Provincial Political School; representatives of the leaders of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee and 43 students of the training course for reserve cadres for the Gia Lai Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2025-2030.

From May 15 to 23, the trainees of the training course studied and researched 14 topics, including some notable topics such as: continuing to innovate the work of building key cadres at all levels today; resources and driving forces for socio-economic development; basic issues on leadership, management and use of tools and arts in implementing leadership and management; analytical and policy-making skills in the context of digital transformation; building a socialist rule-of-law state that is honest, constructive, effective, efficient, and serves the people; steadfastly and creatively applying and developing Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought; vision, goals and orientations for national development to the mid-21st century, orientations for the 14th National Congress, suggestions for Gia Lai; renewing the growth model and restructuring the economy on the basis of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; Building a capacity framework for cadres in the current revolution of streamlining the state apparatus; the current world situation and Vietnam's foreign policy...

Evaluating the course, Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics commented: The students of the class participated in the study fully, seriously, and receptively; proactively and actively participated in exchanging and discussing practical issues related to the knowledge content in the topics. With the content and program of the course, students can apply knowledge to practical work, in planning, organizing implementation and analyzing policies, solving situations in localities, agencies, and units, contributing to improving leadership capacity, practical direction, promoting economic, cultural and social development, ensuring national defense and security in the locality.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, comrade Huynh Quang Thai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Head of the Training Course's Organization Committee emphasized: "On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, I would like to acknowledge, congratulate and commend the results and achievements that the 43 comrades of the class have actively strived for. At the end of the course, all 43 students met the requirements for graduation recognition and were granted certificates of completion of the course.

I believe that after this course, with the knowledge and skills acquired, the trainees will apply them appropriately and effectively to practical work in their units and localities and contribute to building a comprehensively strong Provincial Party Executive Committee to lead the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people in the province to unite, strive, and successfully complete the assigned goals and tasks, and develop the province quickly and sustainably.

At the same time, the Head of the Organizing Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee sincerely thanked the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, leaders of units under the Academy, and lecturers for always caring, helping, and accompanying Gia Lai province in the process of construction and development, especially in the work of training and fostering cadres, creating conditions for the training course to be completed on schedule. He hoped that in the coming time, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics will continue to show more affection, care, and support so that the work of training and fostering cadres of the province will continue to achieve many results, contributing to the overall development of the province.

On behalf of the students, speaking at the closing ceremony, comrade Huynh Kien - Editor-in-Chief of Gia Lai Newspaper - expressed: "The training course for reserve cadres for the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XVII, 2025-2030, was organized at a time when the Party Committee and people of Gia Lai province are striving to complete the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 16th Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, building the targets of the Resolution of the 17th Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

This is an opportunity for us to study and research "linking theory with practice", "learning goes hand in hand with practice", improve our political capacity, firmly believe in the path that the Party, Uncle Ho and our people have chosen, improve our leadership and management methods and skills; supplement our thinking and vision, thereby applying them to practical work, contributing to bringing the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels into life".
