The report at the conference stated: Agencies and units have linked the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Directive No. 87-CT/QUTW and Resolution No. 847-NQ/QUTW with the implementation of emulation movements, campaigns and concretization in the implementation of assigned political tasks. Organized the review and evaluation of the results of task implementation seriously and closely. 100% of mass organizations developed action programs to implement Directive 05 and Directive 87. Every year, each individual registered to implement according to specific criteria and contents, close to the assigned responsibilities and tasks, thereby creating unity in awareness, ideology and implementation methods throughout the Corps.
The organization of studying, thoroughly grasping and propagating the main contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, style and the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" has been seriously and synchronously deployed throughout the Party Committee and the Army Corps. Agencies and units have flexibly and creatively applied forms and methods suitable to specific subjects and conditions, close to reality, increasing efficiency. Closely combining basic and continuingeducation , political study with traditional activities, exchanges, seminars, forums, and media organizations; through cultural institutions, implementing the Day of Political Culture and Spirit, the Day of Party, the Day of Law... ensuring that 100% of the military are able to study; the study content is specified according to each topic associated with the political tasks of the unit. The annual results are 100% satisfactory, with 80% achieving good or excellent results or higher.
The implementation of Directive 05 has been specified by agencies and units into each individual's tasks and responsibilities; saving costs in production and business; applying science and technology to increase garden productivity; innovating working methods and styles. Focusing on building a team of cadres, soldiers and workers who are strong in politics, ideology and ethics. Promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially cadres in charge at all levels with the motto "Above sets an exemplary example, below actively follows", "Learning goes hand in hand with doing", "Above comes first, below comes later", "Inside comes first, outside comes later"; "Party members go first, the masses follow"...
From studying and following Uncle Ho, many effective models and methods have emerged such as: "Household Connection" model, "Rice Jar Connection" model, "Vegetable Garden Connection" model, "Silver Garden, Golden Day, Ready to Harvest; for the goal of 3 no - 2 yes" in Company 72, 732; "Great Solidarity Breakfast" model in Company 78; "Helping people harvest rice" model, "Uncle Ho's teachings on this day in history", "Speaking good words and doing good deeds", "Party members practice thrift and follow Uncle Ho's teachings", "Helping children go to school", "Close to the people", "3 together, 4 knowing", "Bright star of the village", "4 good households"... In particular, the results of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have been taken as one of the important criteria to evaluate and classify cadres, party members, union members, association members and organizations every year.
On this occasion, the Party Committee of Army Corps 15 awarded certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 13 individuals for their outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, period 2016 - 2025.
