Closing ceremony of the training course on professional skills to prevent waste, negativity, internal inspection, citizen reception, petition handling, complaint and denunciation settlement

On December 6, the Department of Health coordinated with the School of Inspectors (under the Government Inspectorate) to organize the closing ceremony of the 2025 training course on professional skills in preventing and combating waste and negativity, internal inspection, receiving citizens, handling petitions, and resolving complaints and denunciations.

Attending the closing ceremony of the training course on behalf of the Inspectorate Cadre School were comrade Tran Quang Thong, Deputy Head of Division 5, Department X, Government Inspectorate ; comrade Le Ngoc Thieu, Former Head of Professional Department I, Inspectorate Cadre School; specialists of professional departments of the Inspectorate Cadre School. On behalf of the Department of Health, there were comrade Nong Tuan Phong - Director of the Department of Health; comrade Nong Van Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Health, representatives of leaders of units under the Department of Health and 93 trainees who are civil servants at units assigned to perform the work of receiving citizens, handling petitions, advising on resolving complaints and denunciations at medical units and facilities.

After 3 days of active, serious study with a high sense of responsibility, the trainees were introduced by experienced reporters of the Inspectorate Cadre School and conveyed 5 specialized topics on professional skills in preventing and combating waste and negativity, internal inspection, receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations in 2025. At the end of the training course, 100% of the trainees were awarded certificates of completion by the Inspectorate Cadre School (under the Government Inspectorate).

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Nong Tuan Phong - Director of the Department of Health highly appreciated the seriousness and responsibility of the trainees when participating in the training course. The reporters had prepared carefully, introduced the topic enthusiastically, with many examples and vivid evidence, providing the trainees with a lot of useful and practical information. He emphasized that the training course aimed to equip the trainees with new and practical knowledge, helping them grasp the regulations, procedures, methods and skills to handle situations arising during the performance of tasks.

He suggested that after this course, the trainees continue to spend time researching and skillfully applying the knowledge they have learned to their consulting work, gradually innovating and improving the quality of professional work at their units, thereby contributing to creating a strong change in the awareness and actions of each official, promoting and maintaining discipline; preventing corruption, waste and negativity. He hoped that the trainees would continue to advise agencies and units to innovate their professional skills, regularly self-study and practice to be confident and courageous in performing assigned tasks well, contributing to building a clean and strong unit.
