Closing of the Research and Survey Program, thematic exchange with mid- and high-ranking officials of the Russian Federation

In his closing speech at the Program, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council congratulated the students on their excellent completion of the research, survey and thematic exchange program.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung said that to implement the program, the Academy has exchanged and closely coordinated with the Academy of National Economics and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, carefully prepared the program content, teaching methods along with the efforts of students from the Russian Federation to participate in the training, the dedicated teaching of professors, scientists, and managers; the dedicated and responsible coordination of functional units of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

Within the framework of the program, the speakers and students discussed important topics of mutual interest. The speakers introduced Vietnam's practical experiences in socio-economic development; state governance; high-quality human resource development; innovation, creativity and digital transformation; social development policies and social management; population work and sustainable development of the health system; taking people as the center of sustainable development.

“We believe that the knowledge, skills and experience gained from the program will help students creatively apply them to practical work in the Russian Federation, contributing to improving their leadership, management and service capacity to the people,” said Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

According to the program summary report of the Organizing Committee, the research and thematic exchange program with leaders and managers of the Russian Federation is an activity and content to realize the cooperation agreement between the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Academy of National Economics and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, during the visit to the Russian Federation of General Secretary To Lam in May 2025.

The Russian delegation participating in the study and training includes 35 leaders and managers at the Department and Deputy Minister levels from ministries, branches and localities of the Russian Federation, the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

The participants come from many different fields and units, with a variety of practical experiences, contributing to creating a rich learning and exchange environment. All students have a sense of responsibility and are serious in fully participating in all lessons, actively discussing and sharing practical experiences.

Implementing the direction of the Board of Directors of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the request of the Academy of National Economics and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, the Organizing Committee of the class proactively developed 9 topics for reporting, exchanging and discussing at the Academy and 3 topics for practical activities.

In addition to research sessions, practical exchanges and thematic exchanges, the students in the delegation also visited: the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities of the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam and the special national relic cluster of Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, Hanoi.
