The conference listened to the reporters presenting 3 topics including: People's Council in the field of state budget, People's Council in the field of public investment, People's Council in the field of justice. In the further discussion, comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council said: Up to now, most of the projects in the public investment portfolio for the period 2021 - 2025 under the authority of People's Councils at all levels have been approved and implemented. In the implementation process, there are shortcomings, with issues at the provincial level, hoping that delegates regularly monitor, supervise, promptly detect errors and propose competent authorities to adjust and supplement. As for the number of projects that have not been submitted to the People's Council for approval, they need to be carefully reviewed, have a strict legal basis, be in accordance with the planning, be approved by competent authorities and ensure effectiveness, feasibility, and closeness to reality when implemented. In addition to the public investment portfolio approved by the Provincial People's Council and People's Councils at all levels at the beginning of the term, there is still the authority to add to the portfolio for truly urgent and pressing projects.
