Closing ceremony of the Young Propaganda Contest for the entire army in the Northern region

( Bqp.vn ) - On the morning of October 16, in Hanoi, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army held the closing ceremony of the 2024 Young Propaganda Contest for the entire army in the Northern region. Attending the closing ceremony were Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers; leaders and representatives of agencies and units inside and outside the Army.

Participating in the contest were 31 teams with nearly 1,000 cadres, union members, and youths who were officers, professional soldiers, defense workers, contract workers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers, teachers, students, and university students... (of which 68 comrades were main propagandists) of the units and twinned forces. Many units organized performances for the soldiers and people before bringing the propaganda program to the contest. Notably, during the contest days, there were more than 3,000 spectators including cadres, soldiers, and people who came to watch, cheer, and encourage, contributing to spreading the propaganda effect and the purpose and meaning of the contest.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the teams brought many outstanding programs, creating a very good impression. Most of the scripts of the units clearly expressed the theme, had a high amount of information, were full of topicality, encouragement, motivation, appeal; demonstrated the Party spirit, the mass spirit, the scientific spirit and high fighting spirit, closely followed the political tasks, the activities of the Youth Union and the youth movement of their units; strongly propagated the national tradition, the Army and the unit. Many scripts were invested in and elaborately built, with tight structure, profound content, rich, vivid, creative and attractive forms, exploiting many new topics about the birth, maturity and growth of the Army, about building defense zones, building a strong national defense.

The supporting propaganda content shows richness in form, combining visual propaganda (panels, posters, slogans, costumes, props, video clips, digital transformation applications) suitable with the content and illustrated with art forms such as singing, dancing, poetry, music, drama... elaborately staged, rich in creativity, vibrant, youthful, tightly structured, creating a propaganda picture full of art, rich and attractive.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the "Excellent Unit" Flag to 29 teams; the "Unit with Good Results" Flag to 02 teams; awarded Certificates of Merit to 50 key propagandists with outstanding achievements; awarded Certificates of Merit to 02 groups and 07 individuals with outstanding achievements in participating in organizing the contest.
