On October 27, information from Hanoi Transport Corporation said that with the desire to serve passengers better and contribute to ensuring general order and traffic safety, Giap Bat Bus Station (under Hanoi Bus Station Management Company - Hanoi Transport Corporation) has proactively reviewed, rearranged routes and organized scientific traffic inside the station, creating conditions for passenger pick-up and drop-off vehicles to be carried out entirely within the station premises.

Previously, the Giai Phong Street area in front of Giap Bat Bus Station was often chaotic due to motorbike taxis, taxis and private vehicles stopping to pick up and drop off passengers illegally. This situation not only caused a disturbance to public order and traffic safety but also affected the image of urban civilization in the southern gateway of the capital.

With the desire to serve passengers better and contribute to ensuring order and general traffic safety, Giap Bat Bus Station has proactively reviewed, rearranged routes and organized traffic scientifically inside the station, creating conditions for passenger pick-up and drop-off vehicles to be carried out entirely within the station premises. In particular, all personal vehicles, taxis, technology cars... when entering the station to pick up and drop off passengers are completely free.

This policy received positive support from the people, and significantly reduced the situation of stopping and jostling in front of the station gate.
