After listening to the representative of the Provincial People's Council announce the results of the 10th, 11th and 12th sessions (special sessions); the expected program and content of the 13th session of the Provincial People's Council, term XII (term 2021-2026), voters in localities gave their opinions and recommendations focusing on issues such as: needing to pay attention to and support plant and animal breeds for the poor to develop production; solving the shortage of residential land and production land in ethnic minority areas, helping people stabilize and improve their quality of life. Voters in localities also requested that all levels and sectors strengthen management of livestock households in residential areas; pay attention to solving difficulties and problems of people in granting land use right certificates, handling administrative procedures; investing in completing the traffic and drainage systems on roads, etc.

Voter Nguyen Xuan Hau (An Quy village, Phu An commune, Dak Po district) proposed to create favorable conditions for ethnic minorities when auctioning and granting land use rights in residential planning areas; strictly manage public land in residential areas. In particular, the Provincial People's Council needs to amend Resolution No. 127/2020/NQ-HDND dated July 9, 2020 "Regulations on areas in the inner city of cities, towns, townships, residential areas where livestock farming is not allowed; bird's nest farming areas in the province" to suit the reality in order to create favorable conditions for livestock farmers and ensure environmental hygiene in residential areas. At the same time, focus on instructing people on how to prevent diseases in crops and livestock; promptly support people affected by lumpy skin disease in cattle in 2021.

In addition to the request for all levels and sectors to consider and increase the remuneration and benefits for officials in villages, hamlets, and residential groups, voter Luong Van Van (Group 2, Yen The Ward, Pleiku City) also proposed: “Yen The Ward market has been degraded for a long time, the stalls in the market cannot operate due to lack of safety. Therefore, in the ward, a number of spontaneous markets have appeared to meet the trading and consumption needs of the people. However, these spontaneous markets often encroach, spilling out onto the streets for business and trading, causing disorder and traffic safety. It is known that in 2020, the city surveyed and designed the construction of Yen The market, but so far it is still in a waiting state. I request the City People's Committee to pay attention to implementing the construction of Yen The market to stabilize the market in the ward area".

Speaking at the meeting with voters, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Ho Van Nien sincerely thanked and highly appreciated the voters' enthusiastic and responsible opinions and recommendations for the development of the locality. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council agreed with the responses of the functional departments of Dak Po district and Pleiku city and the clarifications of the provincial People's Council candidates in the locality. At the same time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested that all levels and sectors pay attention and consider providing satisfactory solutions for voters. Along with that, the Party Committees and authorities at all levels of Dak Po district and Pleiku city need to be closer to the grassroots to promptly grasp and resolve the difficulties and problems of the people.

“Through the opinions of voters today, I see that the opinions are very enthusiastic and responsible, showing the voters' concern for issues in residential areas. The voters' concern and contribution of opinions to the leadership and direction of all levels has contributed to promoting the socio -economic development of Gia Lai province in general and localities in particular in recent years. I hope that the Party Committee and authorities of Dak Po district, Pleiku city and communes, wards and towns need to closely follow the grassroots to grasp the situation, share, encourage and support the people in their lives and serve their work. Local officials and civil servants need to pay attention, share and promptly guide the people on the contents and regulations that people do not fully understand or do not know. Only then will the people actively support us more. At the same time, I request that localities pay attention to arranging investment capital with focus and key points to upgrade and expand the transportation system in the area. I also hope that voters will share with the locality because resources are still limited" - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Ho Van Nien suggested.
