Experts have shown how to improve this inflammation with natural remedies that are easily found in the kitchen:
Garlic contains many ingredients such as antibiotics, which help fight bacteria. Eating two cloves of raw garlic in the morning on an empty stomach helps to relieve pain and inflammation of the mastitis.
Aloe vera has a cooling effect. Take an aloe vera leaf, cut it open to get the gel, then apply it to the painful area. Once the mixture dries, rinse with warm water and pat dry. Do this 2-3 times a day to reduce inflammation and pain caused by inflammation of the breast tissue.
