Binh Phuoc works with investors and Dak Nong province on Gia Nghia Expressway Project

At the working session, representatives of the Vingroup Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank Joint Stock Company briefly informed about the preparation for the implementation of the feasibility study report of component project 1 along with recommendations and proposals to the two provinces. Accordingly, the investor requested the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province to agree to sign an agreement on the progress of completing the feasibility study report and the environmental impact assessment report to be submitted to the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province by March 10, 2025; requested the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province to consider and approve the task of estimating the cost of consulting packages submitted by the investor as a basis for implementation. At the same time, requested the People's Committees of the two provinces, departments, branches, sectors, and local authorities to coordinate and support investors and consulting units in the process of surveying, preparing feasibility study reports, preparing environmental impact assessment reports, etc.

There were opinions suggesting that the roadmap should shorten the timelines to ensure progress, while closely following the resolutions of the Government and the National Assembly , decrees and legal regulations to proceed; regarding the implementation progress, there should be an initial timeline and a final timeline to strive for. During the survey process, if investors encounter any problems, they should send their recommendations directly to that department to reduce intermediaries.
