Offering incense at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple, the delegation from the Provincial Military Command expressed their boundless gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh's immense contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation. Following his teachings, over the years, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have focused on building a strong, comprehensive, exemplary, and outstanding provincial armed force.

Laying wreaths and offering incense at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs and the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command and the delegation from the Provincial Military Command expressed their deep gratitude, respect, and appreciation to the heroes and martyrs, the outstanding sons and daughters of Tuyen Quang who bravely sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces pledge to wholeheartedly follow the path chosen by the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and our people. At the same time, they will unite and overcome all difficulties, determined to successfully carry out and complete their assigned tasks, contributing to the cause of building and firmly defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.
