Ministry of Public Security rewards forces participating in the parade celebrating national reunification

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van, Commander of the Mobile Police, Deputy Head of the Standing Subcommittee for organizing military parades and marches of the Ministry of Public Security, said that, implementing the direction of the Central Steering Committee for celebrating major national holidays, since October 2024, the Ministry of Public Security has issued a plan and established a Subcommittee for organizing military parades and marches to participate in the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

After more than 4 months of preparation, the Ministry of Public Security has closely coordinated with the Army, ministries, departments, branches and localities to successfully organize this important celebration.

Through the report on the results of the organization and implementation of the parade and directly monitoring the joint training sessions, preliminary rehearsals, general rehearsals and the official celebration ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van commended and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the officers, soldiers and students who participated in the event; especially in the work of selection, training and coordination with related forces and units.

In particular, the sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers in the Parade Organizing Subcommittee of the Ministry of Public Security; the permanent support units and nearly 3,408 officers and soldiers and students directly participating was commended.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van emphasized that the celebration has ended, but the echoes of the parade have left many good impressions, contributingto educating the tradition of patriotism, the will to self-reliance, self-improvement, and the spirit of great national unity.

In particular, through this activity, we have sent to the leaders of the Party, the State, the people and international friends a strong message about the maturity and growth of the armed forces in general, and the People's Public Security Forces in particular, on the journey to gain independence, unify the country and build and develop the country. This is also an opportunity to demonstrate the heroic and glorious spirit of the nation, creating more confidence for the entire nation to firmly step into a new era - the era of prosperous development of Vietnam.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security and the Mobile Police Command commended 2,749 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in participating in the parade at the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.
