In 2025, the Party Committees and commanders of the provincial Border Guard agencies and units have effectively led the work of building "Exemplary and typical" VMTD units and training good physical strength; creating positive changes from awareness to action throughout the unit.

Party organizations, commanders and the masses have been consolidated, their leadership capacity and fighting strength have been enhanced; officers and soldiers have strong political will, ready to receive and complete their tasks well. The maintenance of regular regimes, compliance with military discipline and state laws have been improved; infrastructure, barracks, and environmental landscapes have been invested in and repaired.

Party committees and commanders at all levels have focused their intelligence, high determination, closely directed, synchronized, and creatively built model units associated with the task of managing and protecting the maritime border. In 2025, 100% of units completed their tasks well, of which 10/20 units were commended; achieved the target of building "Exemplary, typical" model VMTD units and excellent physical training units according to plan.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Colonel Ha Van Thanh, Commander of the Border Guard of Ca Mau province, requested: In the coming time, the Party committees and commanders of the units will continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the directives and instructions on training, building discipline, and managing discipline; thoroughly overcome the shortcomings that the Command Board has pointed out through the comprehensive inspection work in 2025.

Agencies and units closely combine training with border protection tasks, build regular VMTD units; strictly maintain command, duty, combat duty, and be ready to mobilize when situations arise.
