In 2025, the Party committees and commanders of the Border Guard units in the province successfully led the implementation of building exemplary and outstanding units and training in physical fitness; creating positive changes from awareness to action throughout the units.

Party organizations, commanders, and the masses have been strengthened, improving their leadership capacity and combat effectiveness; officers and soldiers possess firm political resolve and are ready to accept and successfully complete assigned tasks. The maintenance of regular procedures, adherence to military discipline, and compliance with state laws have improved; and attention has been paid to investing in and repairing infrastructure, barracks, and the surrounding environment.

Party committees and commanders at all levels have focused their intellect and high determination, providing close, coordinated, and creative guidance in building model units linked to the task of managing and protecting the maritime border. By 2025, 100% of units will have successfully completed their tasks, with 10 out of 20 units receiving commendations; achieving the targets of building model units for comprehensive military training and units with excellent physical fitness training as planned.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Ha Van Thanh, Commander of the Ca Mau Provincial Border Guard, requested that in the coming period, the Party committees and commanders of the units continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement the directives and guidelines on training, building a regular army, and managing discipline; and completely overcome the shortcomings that the Command Board pointed out through the comprehensive inspection in 2025.

Agencies and units closely integrate training with border protection tasks and the building of regular, strong, and comprehensive units; strictly maintain the command, duty, and combat readiness regimes, and be prepared to mobilize in case of emergencies. They strictly manage personnel, maintain discipline in daily life, study, and work; combine training in regulations and physical fitness with organizational training, discipline, conduct, and strict adherence to rules, ensuring safety.
