Comrade Ho Xuan Truong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, along with representatives from the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Military Region 5, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command, and the communes, wards, and special zones, attended the award ceremony.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Colonel Vo Van Vien, Deputy Political Commissar of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command, said that after 5 months of reorganizing the administrative apparatus and operating the two-level local government, the activities of localities in Khanh Hoa province have now become more orderly. In accordance with the policy of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee organized the presentation of portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to administrative units at the commune, ward, and special zone levels.

The presentation and acceptance of the portrait statue of President Ho Chi Minh is not only a tribute to the beloved leader of the nation, but also a representation of the trust, responsibility, and expectations of the Party, State, and Army towards the Party committees, authorities, and people of the communes, wards, and special zones in the new development phase of Khanh Hoa province.

On behalf of 65 communes, wards, and special zones, Comrade Luu Thanh Nhan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nha Trang Ward, expressed his deep gratitude to the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense. He also stated that they would organize the reception, management, arrangement, and display of the statue of President Ho Chi Minh in a dignified location suitable to the actual conditions of each locality, linking it with political and ideological education, Party branch activities, agencies, units, and patriotic emulation movements.
