On March 26th, a video clip appeared on social media showing parents bidding farewell to their daughter as she left to work abroad, touching the hearts of many.
In the clip, after exchanging farewells, Cam Ly's family—her parents and she—tearfully said goodbye. The girl let go of her parents' hands and left as if fleeing, hurrying through customs without looking back. Perhaps with just a little more hesitation and reluctance, the little girl wouldn't have had the resolve to leave.

Sharing her thoughts on the viral clip, Le Cam Ly (19 years old, from Ha Tinh province) said that the incident occurred on the evening of March 23rd at Noi Bai Airport ( Hanoi ). During the emotional farewell moment, a stranger used their phone to record the event and then uploaded it to social media.
Ly explained that, due to difficult family circumstances, she decided to go to Hungary to work in the restaurant and hotel industry to earn money, hoping to change her life and family situation.
"On the day of departure, both my parents and I tried to hold back our tears, but we simply couldn't. My parents told me that I would be going there alone, so I had to take care of my health, look after myself, and eat properly. Seeing my mother's eyes red with tears, my heart ached, but I had to try my best for the future of my family," Ly confided.
When she first moved abroad, Ly was very unfamiliar with the culture, weather, and food . She confided that she missed home very much and frequently called her family to ease her feelings of loneliness.
The clip, posted on social media, has attracted nearly 1 million views and hundreds of thousands of interactions. Many people in similar situations have expressed their sympathy for the girl in the clip.
