Accordingly, the leaders of the Organizing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 1645-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Sy Tan (born in 1977), Director of Lang Son Department of Construction, to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Binh Gia District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from April 1, 2024.

Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, presented the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to Mr. Nguyen Sy Tan.

Previously, on March 29, the Organizing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee also announced 3 decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Luong Truong Dat, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Gia District was transferred and appointed as Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee from April 1, 2024. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Mr. Vu Van Nhien, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport, was transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Van Lang District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from April 1, 2024 and introduced to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Van Lang District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Mr. Tran Tien Nguyen, Head of Planning and Finance Department, Department of Transport was mobilized and appointed to join the Executive Committee of Lang Son City Party Committee, term 2020-2025 from April 1, 2024 and introduced to be elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of Lang Son City People's Committee for term 2021-2026.

Speaking on the assignment of tasks to the 3 transferred and appointed officials, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee Hoang Van Nghiem emphasized that the appointment of young officials who have been well-trained, mature and have experienced working positions, demonstrated their capacity and qualifications, always completed assigned tasks well and hoped that in their new positions, Mr. Nguyen Sy Tan, Mr. Vu Van Nhien, and Mr. Tran Tien Nguyen would continue to promote their qualities, capacity, intelligence and enthusiasm to complete assigned tasks well.
