At the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai - Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of Vietnam Social Security announced the decision to temporarily transfer and appoint Mr. Dang Hong Tuan - Director of Social Security Region IV ( Binh Duong ) to hold the position of Director of Social Security Region XXV. The appointment period is from June 1, 2025.
At the same time, announce the decisions on temporary transfer and appointment of Deputy Directors of Social Insurance Region XXV for Mr. Tran Van Son, Kieu Cong Minh (Deputy Directors of Social Insurance of Lam Dong province), Ho Huu Tuan (Director of Social Insurance of Dak Nong province), Tran Ngoc Quan (Deputy Director of Social Insurance of Dak Nong province), Ms. Le Thi Hong Van (Deputy Director of Social Insurance of Binh Thuan province).

On behalf of the leaders of Vietnam Social Security, Mr. Tran Dinh Lieu congratulated the Social Security Region XXV and the individuals who were mobilized and appointed, and affirmed that this was not only an honor but also a great responsibility in carrying out social security tasks in the locality.
Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security Tran Dinh Lieu expressed his belief that: "Mr. Dang Hong Tuan and the Deputy Directors and key leaders of Social Security Region XXV will promote the spirit of solidarity and unity in direction and management, successfully complete assigned targets and tasks, and actively contribute to the social security cause of the region."
According to Mr. Tran Dinh Lieu, Social Insurance Region XXV is in charge of the social insurance and health insurance sector in a locality with the largest administrative boundary in the country, with nearly 260,000 people participating in compulsory social insurance, more than 100,000 people participating in voluntary social insurance, a workforce of social insurance age of more than 1.7 million people; and more than 3.1 million people participating in health insurance. Therefore, the Board of Directors of Social Insurance Region XXV needs to continue to seek the attention, leadership, and direction of the locality, the coordination, and support of departments and branches in organizing the effective implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies in the locality.
Mr. Tran Dinh Lieu also requested the Board of Directors of Social Insurance Region XXV to develop a detailed plan, closely following the grassroots to carry out 7 specific tasks, and propose optimal solutions. In particular, the payment and policy settlement work must be ensured to be implemented synchronously, consistently, promptly and in accordance with regulations, and the work of health insurance appraisal must be strengthened...

With the assigned tasks, he committed to continuously study, practice, improve professional capacity, moral qualities; strive to build a model of regional Social Insurance operating professionally, effectively, sustainably and hopes to continue to receive the attention, leadership and close direction of Vietnam Social Insurance, Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee; the close coordination of Vietnam Social Insurance professional departments, departments, branches, localities; especially the consensus, solidarity and continuous efforts of all civil servants, public employees, and employees of Social Insurance region XXV.
At the same time, strengthen discipline, administrative discipline, reform administrative procedures, apply information technology to best serve, ensure satisfaction of people and businesses in participating and enjoying social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies, contributing to ensuring social security in Lam Dong province.

Also at the Conference, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan congratulated comrade Dang Hong Tuan and the newly appointed Board of Directors of Social Insurance Region XXV.
Mr. Dinh Van Tuan believes that, with the participation of the entire political system and the spirit of solidarity, efforts and high determination, Social Insurance in Region XXV will continue to develop strongly, better serving the needs and legitimate interests of the people.
“On the local leadership side, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee will continue to pay close attention and direct, in order to effectively implement social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies in the area, helping people have a sustainable and secure life,” Mr. Dinh Van Tuan affirmed.

Lam Dong provincial leaders also affirmed that social insurance and health insurance are two main pillars in the social security system, playing an important role in ensuring the lives of workers and people, especially vulnerable groups.
Over the past years, with the attention and direction of Vietnam Social Security, the close coordination of all levels and sectors and the efforts of civil servants and employees, the Social Security sector of Lam Dong province has achieved many encouraging results.
The rate of people participating in social insurance and health insurance is increasing; administrative procedure reform and application of information technology in management and service are increasingly promoted; the quality of resolving regimes and policies is increasingly improved.

The provincial leaders expect that the Social Insurance of Region XXV will continue to promote the sense of responsibility, solidarity with the collective of civil servants and employees to build the Social Insurance of Region XXV to be increasingly professional, modern, effective, and complete assigned tasks well; coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, and localities of the current Lam Dong province and the new Lam Dong province after merging with Dak Nong and Binh Thuan provinces to complete the assigned social insurance and health insurance coverage targets, improve the quality of social insurance and health insurance policies, contribute to the effective implementation of social security policies, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality.
In particular, the leaders of Social Insurance Region XXV also need to pay attention to the accommodation and life of officials and workers from Dak Nong and Binh Thuan provinces when they come here to work.
Social Insurance Region XXV officially operates from June 1, 2025, on the basis of merging Social Insurance of 3 provinces Lam Dong - Dak Nong - Binh Thuan, marking a step to streamline the organizational apparatus according to the policy of the Party and State.
The entire Social Insurance Region XXV has 547 officials, 1 Director, 5 Deputy Directors, 99 management officials; of which, there are about 40 officials and officials from the 2 provinces of Dak Nong and Binh Thuan working in Lam Dong.
