Regarding the immediate task, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Home Affairs, as an advisory body, to quickly review the job positions of localities. Where there are shortages, excess positions, ineffective operations... to re-evaluate the personnel structure as a basis for proposing to the Provincial People's Committee to consider, arrange, mobilize, and second staff from the provincial level to support the grassroots in the short term. The Department urgently organizes professional training courses, provides professional handbooks for each field, each department and branch.
In the long term, the department will soon complete its apparatus in a streamlined and efficient manner, with appropriate policies and regimes to retain and promote the capacity of its staff. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that the Department of Home Affairs needs to closely coordinate with localities and carefully prepare activities to celebrate War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27, ensuring solemnity, practicality and meaning.
