Digital skills training for more than 140 commune officials and civil servants

From October 21-24, the Department of Science and Technology of Cao Bang province organized 4 training courses on digital skills and the use of information systems serving the two-level government for more than 140 officials and civil servants of Ly Quoc, Quang Long, Ha Lang and Vinh Quy communes.

At the training course, trainees were trained in knowledge and skills to search and filter information on search engines; manage and store digital data for work; communicate and cooperate in a digital environment; create digital content; exploit and use information systems serving two-level government; information systems for handling administrative procedures... T exchanged and guided the practice of procedures for receiving, processing documents, handling administrative procedures; handling common technical situations.

Through training, it helps the team of commune-level cadres and civil servants grasp and implement well the process of handling work records; promptly grasp the difficulties and shortcomings in the process of operating and using shared information systems, guide how to overcome and handle them to improve the efficiency of serving people right from the grassroots level, gradually building a modern, transparent administration that meets the requirements of the digital age.

The training course's reporter guides trainees in practicing management, exploitation, and use of the VNPT-ioffice document management and operation system directly at the Ha Lang Commune Public Administration Service Center .
