During 2 days (June 27 and 28), Dak Lak Provincial Red Cross Association organized a training course to foster professional skills of the Association and the Red Cross movement in 2024.

The training course was attended by 62 trainees who are officers and leaders of the Red Cross Associations of districts, towns, cities and Red Cross volunteers from several communes in the area.
Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Red Cross Society Tran Thi Phuong Thu delivered the opening speech at the training course.
At the training course, the trainees were provided with some contents and knowledge about the Association's work in the past time; listened to the popularization of the topic "Vietnam Red Cross Volunteers"; an overview of social work skills; knowledge and skills of first aid, handling situations when accidents occur such as: handling victims with cardiac arrest, bleeding wounds, fixing broken bones, etc.
The trainees also exchanged and discussed directly with the reporter, shared experiences as well as raised difficulties and problems in the process of performing tasks at the grassroots level.
Deputy Chief of Office of the Red Cross Society of H'Bat Eban province disseminated the content of the topic at the training class.
Through the training course, the Red Cross cadres will be able to improve their knowledge and skills in the work of the Association and the Red Cross movement to meet the requirements of the new situation; at the same time, raise awareness of the risk of injuries, traffic accidents, the importance of first aid in emergencies, etc., thereby effectively applying them in practice.
