Training in inspection skills, citizen reception and complaint and denunciation settlement

On October 10, the Provincial Inspectorate coordinated with the Inspectorate Cadre School to organize a training course on inspection skills, citizen reception and complaint and denunciation settlement in 2025 for all officers and civil servants of the agency.

The training program is taught directly by experienced lecturers of the School of Inspectors, focusing on four main topics: New points of the Law on Inspection 2025 and documents guiding its implementation; Authority, procedures, skills in receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations of local authorities at two levels; Skills in conducting an inspection, exercising rights in inspection activities and developing plans, making minutes, making reports, creating and managing records in inspection activities; Skills in directing and operating inspection agencies.

Training and fostering civil servants is an annual activity that the Provincial Inspectorate always pays attention to, especially in the current context, thereby helping civil servants promptly update new knowledge, unify understanding and working methods in the context of changes in organization, tasks and scope of work.

This is the first training course organized for all officers and civil servants of the Provincial Inspectorate after the unit completed the arrangement and consolidation of the organization and staff according to the 2025 Inspection Law and implemented the two-level local government model. The changes in structure, functions and tasks require each officer and civil servant of the Inspectorate sector not only to master the new legal regulations, but also to proactively adapt to the management and operation methods in the new period. Through the course, the inspection staff is more fully equipped with professional capacity, political qualities and public service ethics, meeting the requirements of innovation in the organization and operation of inspection in the direction of streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency.
