Ca Mau: Awarding 80-year Party membership badges to senior party members

On November 3, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai led a working delegation to visit and present the 80-year Party membership badge to party member Vu Khac Trung (born in 1928) in Tan Loc commune, Ca Mau province.

Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai kindly inquired about health and congratulated Party member Vu Khac Trung on his honor of receiving the Party Badge, a noble award showing the Party's recognition of his contributions and dedication to the revolutionary cause and the construction of the homeland and country.

The Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee also expressed his hope and belief that Party member Vu Khac Trung will continue to promote revolutionary qualities, set a good example in life, and be a solid spiritual support for his family, community and local Party organization.

On this occasion, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai also noted that local Party committees and authorities need to continue to do a good job of "Repaying gratitude", paying attention to taking care of the material and spiritual lives of people with meritorious services, policy families and senior party members, especially in the context of implementing the new organizational model at present.

According to the Office of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued a Decision on awarding and posthumously awarding Party badges on November 7, 2025 to 378 Party members.

According to the Decision, 371 party members were awarded the Party Badge and 7 party members were posthumously awarded the Party Badge. Specifically, this awarding period includes the Badges of 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65 and 80 years of Party membership; of which, 1 party member was honored to be awarded the Badge of 80 years of Party membership.

To show respect for the contributions of veteran party members, the Standing Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee assigned comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to directly award the 60, 65 and 80-year Party membership badges.

Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee will attend and award badges at the assigned commune and ward party committees./.
