According to the National Assembly's working schedule, today the National Assembly will work on 9 draft laws in the morning and spend the afternoon discussing the Documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

According to the National Assembly 's working schedule, today, November 4, the National Assembly will work on 9 draft laws.

Specifically, in the morning, the Minister of Construction , authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the draft Law on Construction (amended). The Minister of Agriculture and Environment, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the draft Law on 2 projects: Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment. After the presentations of the two ministers, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the Verification Report on the above 3 draft laws.

Next, the Minister of Finance , authorized by the Prime Minister, will present a report on three projects: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Saving and Anti-Wastefulness. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee will present a report on the examination of these three projects.

Also in the morning, the Minister of Justice, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on two draft laws: the Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments (amended); the Law on Judicial Expertise (amended). The Government Inspector General, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on the draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice presented a report on the examination of the three draft laws.

After that, the National Assembly discussed in groups three draft laws: Law on Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving Place of Residence; Law on Criminal Judgment Execution (amended); Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Judicial Records.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly will discuss in groups the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party./.
