Speaking at the event, Dr. Dao Minh Quang said that this was the first time the fund had awarded a lifetime scholarship to an individual. The reason Cao Phu Quy was chosen was not only because he had excellent academic achievements but also because he was a promising young musical talent who worked hard to improve himself.

After the scholarship awarding ceremony was the mini show Say hi Cao Phu Quy . The audience was surprised by the young singer's confidence, stage presence and ability to sing in 4 languages.

At the age of 12, mastering songs in multiple languages is a huge challenge, requiring Phu Quy to understand the style and emotions of each song. Performing in multiple languages shows that Cao Phu Quy has practiced hard and has a solid foundation not only in pronunciation and intonation, but also in learning how to express emotions appropriate to each language.

Cao Phu Quy (born 2012), is currently a 7th grade student at Ly Thai To Secondary School. At the same time, he is also studying the 9-year intermediate course, majoring in Piano in his 4th year at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.

Although born and raised in a family with no one in the arts and music, Cao Phu Quy showed his talent early on. He has won many singing and performing awards at home and abroad such as: Runner-up of the Nightingale Singing Contest organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports in 2023; Gold Medal of International Piano in 2023...
