Walk

You should walk for about 30 to 40 minutes every day because it not only helps relax the muscles, warm the body but also increases the natural heart rate. When the heart rate increases, the blood transport process also increases, blood circulates well to the body areas and the brain, helping to increase cerebral blood circulation.

Cycling

Cycling regularly is not only an exercise that increases blood circulation to the brain through leg movements, but also helps strengthen resistance and the immune system to fight pathogens. This is one of the most effective forms of exercise to help control blood glucose levels, reduce the risk of high blood pressure, and prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Swimming

Swimming promotes breathing capacity as well as heart contractions to help blood circulate better throughout the body and transport it to the brain most effectively.

This exercise helps increase metabolism, reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases that cause many serious complications such as atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, high cholesterol and stroke.
