The finalized images of the first mansion at The Rivus, designed by ELIE SAAB himself, have been released. Every stage was completed with the highest level of craftsmanship and sophistication, and all the interior furnishings are 100% imported from the ELIE SAAB Maison brand.
The rear of the mansion, viewed from above, features a prominent swimming pool with the ELIE SAAB logo, which includes a hot tub (Jacuzzi) and BBQ area, an ideal location for gatherings of the homeowner and distinguished guests. The exterior of the mansion is clad in solid blocks of natural stone imported from Europe, with a durability of up to decades. This type of stone is used in expensive, classic hotels. Laying one stone slab on the facade takes an hour and requires 4-5 highly skilled craftsmen. The curved wall section alone takes a month to complete, compared to just half a day for flat walls in typical houses. The Rivus is the only version in the world with the ELIE SAAB logo right at the entrance, and it also has a specially designed basement for low-slung supercars. An open-plan design connecting the living room and kitchen helps to increase family bonding. The opulent interior space was meticulously crafted by the master of Haute Couture, ELIE SAAB. All furniture in the ELIE SAAB Maison collection is handcrafted in Italy using luxurious and high-quality materials. Notably, the ELIE SAAB logo is prominently displayed throughout the entire collection, guaranteeing quality and value. The kitchen area is designed as a true work of art, featuring striking gold accents. The master bedroom offers stunning views of the Tac River and the Dong Nai River. The luxurious bathroom features a light-filled ceiling carved with the iconic ELIE SAAB emblem, and the entire floor and walls are clad in imported Portuguese marble. The basement is cleverly designed and airy, allowing for ample natural light. The homeowner can optimize the use of the basement for purposes such as a home theater or wine cellar.
