At the workshop, Associate Professor Bui Hoai Son, full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education, said that we are entering an era of growth, we need a generation of young people to grow, in which culture plays an important role. Therefore, it is important to equip the young generation with culture.
Mr. Son also mentioned the rapid development of science and technology, the regulation of moral and spiritual values cannot keep up, leading to many changes in young people.
According to Mr. Son Son, there are many solutions, with different approaches, there are different solutions. First of all, it must be about awareness, we need to put culture and youth at the center of national development in the new period. We have many orientations for economic and social development, but if we ignore the cultural and youth factors in all these strategies, it will not be sustainable. Referring to the recent hit MV "Bac Bling" but the investment money of singer Hoa Minzy, according to her family, was "lost an entire luxury apartment", Mr. Son emphasized the need to support young people in the cultural field mentally and financially. We cannot let young people be passionate about contributing and dedicating themselves but not being supported, it will not be sustainable. There needs to be financial, legal, and startup support.
Mr. Nguyen Thai An, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, emphasized that the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has and will continuously innovate the content and methods of its activities. The activities of the Union must put the youth at the center and as the subject; the movement must be more substantial; the results of the work must be more specific and closely linked to the political tasks of the country; keep up with the trends, needs and tastes of the youth, inspire the youth to contribute to the country, promptly support the essential needs for the comprehensive development of the youth...

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Dung, Vice Principal of Ba Dinh Secondary School (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi), also pointed out the fact that students are currently facing too much pressure and this has invisibly created a burden and pressure on teachers. The whole society is hoping that teachers can somehow relieve the pressure and mental crisis for students.
One of the solutions, according to Ms. Dung, is to help students increase their "resistance" with a healthy physique. Physical education teachers not only create interesting physical education lessons, but also create excitement, making children more active every day.
Ms. Thai Huong, Chairwoman of TH Group, believes that to ensure that each person has a healthy body and strong character, starting today, we must promote and enact laws on school nutrition.
