Based on the directive documents of Party Committees at all levels, the City Border Guard Command has thoroughly grasped and implemented the directive and operational documents of the Military Region 9 Command, the Border Guard Command, the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee and the Party Committee and Military Command of Can Tho City.

Conduct surveys, organize the construction of simulated bases; build sand tables; prepare training grounds, develop plans for live military training and A3 live military training to ensure completion on schedule.

It is known that this is the first exercise after implementing the two-level local government; chosen by the Military Region 9 Command and the Can Tho City Military Command as a pilot exercise to gain experience.

During the inspection, Colonel Nguyen Chi Linh, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 9, highly appreciated the preparation of documents as well as the progress of building the content to prepare for the exercise.

At the same time, it is recommended that in the coming time, units continue to direct departments to speed up the construction and completion of simulated combat bases and military training areas.

Continue to adjust and supplement the system of exercise documents to ensure compliance with regulations. In particular, develop specific and detailed logistics and technical plans to serve the exercise tasks to achieve the best results; ensure the safety of weapons and equipment before and after the exercise.
