Cao Thuy Trang (born 1994) is known as the runner-up of the Vietnam Gemstone Queen 2016 contest. She stands out with her height of 1.74m and measurements of 87-61-92cm.

Although she graduated with a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Thuy Trang soon turned to art.

Before joining the Vietnam Gem Queen 2016 contest, she worked as a model for about 3 years and reached the semi-finals of Miss Universe Vietnam 2015, being among the top contestants before having to stop due to health reasons.
