Grassroots level completes awards for studying and following Uncle Ho before May 31

On April 14, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong signed and issued Plan No. 309-KH/TU on summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TU dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".

The plan aims to evaluate the results achieved and limitations in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TU, Plan No. 18-KH/TU and Plan No. 39-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in recent years.

At the same time, propose directions, tasks, and solutions to continue effectively implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle in the coming time, making this content a voluntary and regular task of each cadre, party member, and each party organization in the new situation.

Continue to affirm the position, role and importance of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the work of Party building and rectification, political, ideological and moral education for cadres, party members, people of all walks of life and the whole society in the new situation...

The plan requires serious and synchronous implementation throughout the Party from the city to the grassroots level, ensuring objectivity, comprehensiveness, correct purpose, requirements and progress. The summary and evaluation must closely follow the content of Directive No. 05-CT/TU, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TU of the Politburo, Plan No. 18-KH/TU and Plan No. 39-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee. In particular, the assessment must be based on specific results; frankly pointing out limitations and weaknesses; statistical data must ensure consistency in statistical methods, accuracy, objectivity and updating.

Regarding the content of summarizing and evaluating the leadership and direction of the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TU. Specifically, institutionalizing, concretizing, and issuing documents on leadership and direction for the organization and implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TU; incorporating the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle into plans, action programs, key and breakthrough tasks of local Party committees, authorities, and units.

Especially in conjunction with the implementation of the 4th Central Resolution of the 11th and 12th terms, the Conclusion of the 4th Central Conference of the 13th term, the Action Programs to implement the 16th and 17th Resolutions of the City Party Committee and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels on the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system and regulations on the exemplary responsibility of the heads of Party committees, authorities, localities, agencies and units.

Evaluate the implementation of the contents, tasks and solutions stated in Directive No. 05-CT/TU, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TU, Plan No. 18-KH/TU, Plan No. 39-KHTU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee in conjunction with the implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee, the city, resolutions of Party congresses at all levels on Party building and rectification, regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members, especially leaders.

The grassroots level shall prepare a report on the results of 10 years of implementing the Directive at its level and send the report to the direct superior agency for synthesis and reporting to the competent authority according to regulations and complete before May 15, 2025. Organize a conference to summarize and evaluate the results of 10 years of implementing the Directive; commend and reward typical collectives and individuals at its level with appropriate forms. Completion time is before May 31, 2025.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee develops a report assessing the results of 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TU in the city. Completion date is before June 15, 2025. Organize a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TU; commend and reward outstanding collectives and individuals at the city level. Completion date is before June 30, 2025.
