Ninh Kieu ward union members paddle SUP to collect trash on the river.

More than 60 members and young people participated in cleaning the riverbank and rowing SUP to collect trash from Rach Ngong 1 bridge to Rach Ngong 2 bridge. Specifically, members and young people collected trash floating on the water surface, sorted plastic waste for recycling, and at the same time promoted people to join hands in protecting the environment. The combination of SUP rowing with environmental protection activities is a creative activity in the volunteer movement, contributing to spreading the message of green living, improving water quality in inner-city canals and raising public awareness in participating in environmental protection.

From now until early September 2025, Ninh Kieu ward youth continue to launch the movements "Volunteer Saturday", "Green Sunday", with many environmental protection activities, improving the quality of "bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized - safe" roads and launching the "National Flag Road" project on Hai Ba Trung street, contributing to creating urban beauty.
