On March 16, in Khanh Hoa , Deputy Director of the Customs Department Luu Manh Tuong chaired the Conference to announce the decision regulating the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure and personnel work at the Customs Branch of Region XIII.
At the Conference, the Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 966/QD-BTC dated March 5, 2025 of the Minister of Finance on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Regional Customs Branch under the Customs Department (Ministry of Finance).
Accordingly, after the reorganization, the Customs Department has 20 affiliated branches nationwide. Of which, the Customs Branch of Region XIII is headquartered in Khanh Hoa, performing the task of state management of customs in 4 central provinces, including: Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh and Ninh Thuan .

The conference also announced the Decision to appoint the Head of the Customs Branch of Region XIII. Accordingly, Mr. Vu Le Quan, Director of Khanh Hoa Customs Department was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Customs Branch of Region XIII.
At the Conference, the Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 47/QD-CHQ dated March 5, 2025 of the Director of the Customs Department on the appointment and transfer of the Deputy Director of the Customs Branch of Region XIII.
Accordingly, four civil servants were appointed and temporarily transferred to the position of Deputy Head of the Regional Customs Branch XIII, including: Mr. Le Van Nhuan, Director of Binh Dinh Customs Department; Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Director of Gia Lai - Kon Tum Customs Department; Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Customs Department and Mr. Nguyen Trung Phong, Deputy Director of Binh Dinh Customs Department.
