Tuyen Quang Customs organizes flexible and diverse forms of business support. The unit continues to maintain and promote the effectiveness of hotlines, Zalo, Email, etc. to promptly receive and quickly and accurately handle feedback and recommendations from people and the business community.

The unit also maintains the effective operation of the Problem Solving Support Team and the Business Consulting Team at the customs branch to quickly, enthusiastically and effectively resolve any problems that arise or provide advice and assistance to the business community on unclear issues during the customs clearance process. The unit actively implements digital transformation in supporting businesses in looking up information from customs officials checking customs documents; is proactive and creative in implementing the Support Program, encouraging businesses to voluntarily comply with customs laws.

By the end of the first quarter of 2024, Tuyen Quang Customs Branch had processed 1,432 declarations with a total import-export turnover of 32.494 million USD. Of which: Export turnover reached 22.274 million USD; import turnover reached 10.220 million USD. The main import-export items in the quarter were: Chemicals, machinery and equipment, garment accessories, plastic beads; garment products, PP packaging, PP canvas, wood products, paper soles, phone headphones, etc.
