Appointment of construction package worth more than 132.8 billion VND in Tuyen Quang to Phuong Dong Company

According to information from the National Bidding Network, the Management Board of Construction Investment Projects in Xin Man area, Lao Cai province has just assigned the bidding package No. 07 Construction and equipment installation of the Emergency Residential Stabilization Project in Ban Ngo commune, Xin Man district, Ha Giang province (now Pa Vay Su commune, Tuyen Quang province) to Phuong Dong Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to win the bid with a price of 132,895 billion VND, with an implementation time of 420 days.

Previously, on March 24, 2025, the People's Committee of Ha Giang province (old) announced a natural disaster emergency for areas at high risk of landslides in Coc Pai town, Xin Man district, Ha Giang province and directed to urgently carry out procedures to implement urgent public investment projects. In August - September 2025, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province (current) assigned to supplement the development investment expenditure estimate and the public investment plan of the central budget in 2025 from the increased central budget revenue in 2024 and 2025 to implement the Project.

For the emergency residential stabilization project in Ban Ngo commune, Xin Man district, Ha Giang province (now Pa Vay Su commune, Tuyen Quang province), the investment objective of the project is to relocate and arrange long-term settlement for households living in areas at high risk of landslides and natural disasters; build essential infrastructure for daily life, production and necessary public works. Thereby, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property, stabilizing their lives, creating conditions for socio- economic development and contributing to maintaining security and order in the locality.

On October 9, 2025, the Xin Man Area Construction Investment Project Management Board announced the plan to select contractors and approve the budget estimates for the bidding packages of the urgent public investment project: Emergency population stabilization project in Ban Ngo commune, Xin Man district, Ha Giang province (now Pa Vay Su commune, Tuyen Quang province).

This is a group B project, invested by the Xin Man Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total investment of 274,838 billion VND, a total of 10 packages, and an implementation period of 1 year.

In which, package No. 7 Construction and equipment installation of the project to stabilize the population of Ban Ngo commune, Xin Man district, Ha Giang province (now Pa Vay Su commune, Tuyen Quang province) has a package price of 139,906 billion VND, implementation time is 420 days. The package is not bid online but is organized to select contractors by the form of abbreviated bidding.

The package was then assigned by the Xin Man Area Construction Investment Project Management Board to Phuong Dong Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with a bid price of 132,895 billion VND, implementation time of 420 days, contract type according to adjusted unit price.
