“Golden Key 2024” honors 18 outstanding information security products and services

NDO - On the morning of December 12, in Hanoi , the Vietnam Information Security Association (VNISA) held a ceremony to announce and award the Golden Key 2024 title to honor Vietnamese information security enterprises that have made efforts and gradually affirmed their advantages in quality and market response of Vietnamese information security products and services.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Chairman of the Vietnam Information Security Association, former Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, emphasized that ensuring information security is an important and consistent factor in the process of national digital transformation and implementation of the National Data Strategy to 2030 approved by the Prime Minister .

In particular, information security products, services and solutions owned by Vietnamese enterprises play a very important role in carrying out this task.

Accompanying Vietnamese information security enterprises for the past 8 years, the Golden Key voting program organized by VNISA has contributed to promoting research, development, improving the quality and applicability of products and services for Vietnamese information security enterprises.

"The program has become a reliable bridge between units in need of information security assurance and domestic information security organizations and enterprises. The results of the voting program also help state management agencies more accurately assess the market for information security products and services and propose appropriate policies to encourage and support Vietnamese enterprises," said Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung.

Through this program, the Vietnam Information Security Association recommends that with information security products and services that have been affirmed in the market, businesses should continue to develop towards international standards in order to gradually develop the world market.

In addition, information security solutions need to be associated with the deployment of national digital infrastructure to serve digital transformation smoothly and effectively.

2024 is the 8th time the Golden Key Voting Program has been implemented. In recent years, the Program has always attracted the cooperation, response and active participation of Vietnamese information security organizations and enterprises and the support of state management agencies on information security. Especially the sponsorship of the Ministry of Information and Communications, the coordination of the Information Security Department.

The program aims to discover and honor outstanding and typical Vietnamese information security products, solutions, services and enterprises; contribute to supporting promotional activities, trade promotion, enhancing competitiveness and expanding the market of enterprises, responding to the "Make in Vietnam" program and the National Cyber ​​Security and Safety Strategy to 2025 and vision to 2030, the National Data Strategy to 2030 of the Government.

Representative of Viettel Cyber ​​Security Company received the Golden Key 2024 award in the category "Outstanding promising information security product".

The title “Golden Key” is considered a trusted professional certificate, affirming and honoring the quality, superiority and effectiveness of information security products and services; excellent Vietnamese information security enterprises.

Following the success of previous years, the 2024 voting program has been deployed nationwide since June. The voting council consists of 24 members, who are leaders, managers, and leading experts in information security; representatives of a number of relevant state management agencies such as the Department of Information Security (Ministry of Information and Communications), the Department of Civil Cryptography Management and Cryptographic Product Testing (Government Cipher Committee), Department A05 (Ministry of Public Security), Command 86 (Ministry of National Defense)...

The Golden Key 2024 honors 18 outstanding information security products and services in 4 categories, including: Outstanding high-quality information security products, Outstanding promising information security products, Outstanding secure information technology solutions for digital transformation and Outstanding information security services.

This year's program also awarded titles to 6 outstanding information security enterprises in 4 categories: Top Vietnamese enterprises in network information security inspection and assessment, Top Vietnamese enterprises in monitoring and responding to network information security incidents, Top Vietnamese enterprises in cryptography, authentication and digital signature, and Top enterprises in anti-malware and anti-network attacks.

According to VNISA, the voting results show the maturity and diversity of information security products and services of domestic enterprises, with a very high level of localization and self-development of scientific and technical solutions and complete mastery of technology in many fields.
